A good night’s sleep is essential for optimal functioning.

Poor sleep leads to a rough day. Struggling to fall asleep, waking up in the middle of the night and being unable to go back to sleep, or waking up too early can negatively affect your entire day.

Through hypnosis, we can address what is preventing you from sleeping. What is blocking your sleep? What worries are keeping you awake? How can you learn to relax? Stress is one of the biggest culprits behind poor sleep. It puts your body on high alert and sets your mind racing. Often, your thoughts loop endlessly, trapping you in repetitive cycles.

In some cases, it is necessary to teach your subconscious the skill of sleeping, and hypnosis specifically works with the subconscious mind to achieve this.
